You may cancel your registration for a full refund anytime before November 1, 2024. Cancellations between November 1 and December 6 will receive a 50% refund. After December 6, 2024, no refunds will be given.
You can transfer your ticket to another petPro at the Executive Director level or above before December 16, 2024. Transfers must be arranged between petPros. pawTree is not responsible for exchanges or reimbursements. Notify [email protected] of the transfer by December 17, 2024.
Spouses, significant others, and adult (18+) family members are welcome, but must purchase a separate guest ticket to attend the awards dinner. As this is a training event, only adults (18+) and trained service dogs are permitted—no pets or emotional support animals. If both members of a petPro team wish to attend the training and company meals, a second ticket must be purchased. Executive Directors cannot buy tickets for petPros below that rank.
Training sessions are business casual. Please remember you’re representing pawTree and use good judgment in your attire. Meeting rooms may be cool, so bring a sweater or light jacket for comfort. The awards dinner is semi-formal to formal attire.

Legacy 2025 is in-person only, with no virtual option.
